I had a major plumbing problem recently when a squirrel went down the vent pipe of our roof and could not back out I understood from the beginning that it was going to be a large job but I am frustrated with the mess they left behind Their auger sprayed stool on all the walls, ceiling, ruined pictures and flooded the floor They actually wanted me to provide them our towels to kneel onI also think the job was drug out longer than it needed to be since it feel over the weekend The absolute worst part of their work was that the helpers hours were added to the invoice when most of the time they sat in the company truck! I asked for a military discount and had to prove to the employee that American Plumbing offered it in an ad in the phone book
I will not be using them again

This is not a complaintThe owner of American Plumbing personally came to our house and addressed my plumbing complaimt by giving us a refund
I did not know where to write a letter of rebuttal about this companyHe handled this himself, didn't make any excuses for his employees and wrote a refund check To cover the cost to clean up after them
He already refunded mePlease update the original complaint.I couldn't find the place on this website that lets a consumer resolve the complaint

American plumbing Co. is an excellent company. We recently had to have a total replumbing of our home due to a series of leaks from faulty copper pipes. We couldn't have been treated better. We have had many of the plumbers from this company work on our house over the past few months. They are reliable, they arrive when promised. They work hard with a short break for lunch. They are courteous and clean up the area of work when they are finished. When the repipe began, they had a well- thought out plan rather than just cutting big holes in our walls. They also made the cuts in hidden areas rather than tearing up our main living spaces. The initial bid was competetive with the others and there were no hidden expenses. I would definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future!
