I am mailing statements from both our waitresses from the night of July 11thI'm also including reviews from Yelp that [redacted] leftThey were racist in natureYou can decide for yourselfI called up Yelp and had them removed from there Data BaseI also included reviews from [redacted] *** [redacted] There also is a video of the group being served drinks and eating the Buffet with complete professionalismI was told they smelled of alcoholI am the owner and was very busy that night washing Dishes with the Sauk County Fair next doorOne of the waitresses said that a large party was getting out of hand and making statements that they were white trash and to do there jobs fasterWhen I heard this I went out in the Dining Area and found that they had already leftI was going to call the Police after what I heard from other PatronsI watched the video and can't believe how irrational of the members wereYou can watch the video and decide for your selfI am not giving any of there money back and if they want to take this matter further I will sue them for slander and racial statementsI have plenty of witnesses and videoSo you can tell them this

I was there that day, and this is what I gatheredThat, this person came with a party of eightThey had five people over none years oldIn our restaurant, our kids price ranges from three to nine years of ageMy waitress told me that she personally asked one of the four kids their age and they said that they were already twelve years oldTherefore, my waitress charged four adults and four children instead.These people had already been to my restaurant before, and almost every time, they leave no tipThis is why my waitress asked them for a tipThey only gave her two dollarsThis is not enough in my opinion for a party of eight people.As for the complaint of the food, that day, all of the customers said that the food was just fine and nothing was wrong with itIn my opinion, I don't believe that they thought the food was badIf they really didn't like the food, they should have complained about the food to me in the very beginning, that would be understandableAlso in the complaint, they said that they tried to contact meHowever, I was right behind the cash register at the time, so I don't understand why they would not just talk about the issue to me right awayThey know I'm the manager as wellThey just paid the money, said no words, and walked out the doorI will apologize for my waitress's response to the two dollars, I don't feel that it was rightIt is true that she rolled her eyes and said "that's all?", I have already told her that should should no longer do thisI will give them their two dollars back if they ask me? to for the customer serviceHowever, I will not give back their seventy dollars for the food

I watched the video and can't believe how irrational 4 of the members were. You can watch the video and decide for your self. I am not giving any of there money back and if they want to take this matter further I will sue them for slander and racial statements. I have plenty of witnesses and video. So you can tell them this.
