The resident claims ticks are climbing through the vents, upon inspection we found no evidence of these ticks

We are finding ticks in our apartment20-ticks were in my daughters room last Sunday due to powerspraying outsideThere is reason to believe there is a rodent in the attic and birds living in vents No one will investigate and various pest controls are contacting the office and I am receiving no comeback since everyone has to go through the landlord.We keep finding ticks and need the outside sprayed which is backed up to a wooded area consistently I was told and I cant afford to spray it once
