Review: I called Peggy’s Treasure to tell them I was coming in to pick up all my things July 2013 I left message. She had not called me back from the call on the July 9, 13. “No” call back to me I called again 16th, 13, was told she will call me back. Called 19th message again “No” call back20th message “No” call back. I called 29, 13 9:20 am a unknown woman said she will get back to me. I tried to ask her what is going on but she hung upon me . For the aquamarine diamond ring had not come. To stop payment. (I was to hd, she makes out the check on the 14 Aug and mails on the 15th ( the check came on the 23rd stamped mailed 22nd. I was to pick up and store was closedDesired Settlement: want the money for the two rings that they sold after I called them and my necklace & braceletback SAP.

I have spoken to Ms. [redacted] since her original contact with Revdex.com and we discussed her account with us. There was some confusion with the lost payment for her aquamarine ring and I had told her payment would be stopped and a new check issued. However, she returned the second check which I mailed back and she has since cashed. Payment for her other ring and necklace/bracelet set will be made on the 15th as her contract states. Ms. [redacted] brought these items to us for the sole purpose of selling them for her and she signed a contract agreeing to the consignment prices. I have explained to her that her necklace/bracelet set is sold and will not be returned to her.
