Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I understand that I had signed a contract. However, I was NOT told at the time of signing that sale dresses are to be paid for in Cash, as stated in the businesses response. I did not even deal with the owner personally when actually purchasing the dress. I had dealt with another sales associate and we were never told about this "cash only" policy for dresses. The sales associate took the credit card and ran it with no questions asked. It was not until after purchasing the dress that I had talked to the owner.
I can not stress enough, the amount of rudeness that I encountered during this so called "business transaction". It was extremely unprofessional and not handled in a well manor at all. I am very upset with the service I received and am unhappy with the product. I feel that I was treated unfairly and accused of things that I had not done nor said. My mother and I tried to handle the situation in a nice manor and the owner got out of control and started to yell at me and hang up on me. I would just like to receive my money back, the owner to keep the dress. I feel uncomfortable dealing with the owner from here on. Regards,[redacted]
