Mr. Cole is a good woodworker, but inconsistent with completion of work. He is to return to complete a job for us, but is not returning calls or texts. He has been paid in full. It has been 5 weeks since he last returned to the job. Work is for elderly female. We feel she is being taken advantage of. Very disappointed and my mom is heart broken.
We completed the job which included removing brick that the owner drove through repaired and completely remodeled the bathroom to include install a dryer and washing machine area which we did not get paid for we did it so she did not have to go outside and to the basement to wash her clothing when we were finished she wanted a bedroom painted and I told her I would get to her when I got a chance we did not get paid to do the bedroom .
Please return and complete the job as soon as possible, Mr. Cole. Mama's phone has not been working but has been fixed now.
