Review: Performance Health Solutions states 100% 90 day guarantee. I purchased the product 3/24/14 and received it on 4/2/14. On 5/5/14 I called customer service and told "[redacted]" I wanted to return the product (well within the 90 day guarantee). He gave me an RMA# to post on the outside of the package and said to return. On 5/7/14 I returned via [redacted] - I have written proof of acceptance and signature of returned delivery to Performance Health Solutions on 5/15/14. I have been waiting almost two months for refund of $199.75. I have called twice with the same results...no refund. Customer service refuses to transfer me to a manager or supervisor and says all they can do is note the problem.Desired Settlement: $199.75 refunded to my original form of payment ASAP
