Horrible moving service. The staff took advantage of the hourly rate. This was a horrible experience. We agreed upon $90 an hour for moving services.They took their time and took at least 2 hours worth of 10 minute breaks due to "diabetes". If we knew this was the case, we never would have hired them. They sat on our furniture to relax. One of the employees continued to tell us how sick he was. They were very unprofessional. We unloaded more of their truck than they did and we also unloaded our own truck we rented before they did half of theirs. We had everything broken down for them and all they had to do was load their truck and then unload at the new house. How does that come out to be $500 worth of work, actually $550 but they acted as if they were doing us a favor by taking $50 off. They only had to deal with 3 rooms of furniture. I'm so disappointed with their service. This should have been a 3 hour maximum job. It ended up taking five and a half hours. I'm so hurt by this. Desired SettlementI feel that at least $200 should have been returned since we did half the work ourselves.
