Peerless Group, L.L.C.

This has been going on over the last two years. I used Peerless since they did have a great rating with the Revdex.com. I live in Abilene Texas so to use someone from out of town was not an easy choice. I researched and found they had a triple A rating. I went with them. The roofing was not a problem. The problem is that I have had them out about three times since the initial repair because my sunroom has a skylight that leaks every time it rains. The man that headed up the roofing told us that they were just supposed to replace the broken glass in the skylights. One of the workers started tearing out the skylight itself before he could stop him. Then they had to replace the skylights and redo the framework. Both skylights were leaking and they got one to finally stop. They seem to have a problem with the second one. I have called them an estimated total of seven times with only three responses so far. I was told the third time they would have someone out the next week. No show. The last time I called, about three months agos, the lady that answered the phone said that Jeff would be calling me back. Never did. I believe there is more damage now than to just the skylight framework. I think there may be waterdamage in my ceiling now that I have already replaced sheetrock, sealed and painted.
