[redacted] worker dropped the mower off on 6**The gas tank and carburetor were contaminated with waterI removed the Tank and carb, disassembled and cleanedChanged the Oil, plug, air filter and sharpened the bladeI put clean gas in test ran and called him for pick up.Most all mower service repairs run around 100.00He complained about the cost drasticallyI explained to him that his gas can has water in itHe /it caused his problem, not me.He returned the mower with another problem and complaintComplaining that I was taking advantage of him" each Year you cost me 100.00" Last year he had the same water issue.I inspected the mower and determined that there was a faulty part the needed to be replacedIt was not the work that I did days prior.I attempted to call and explain the findings but could not reach him by phoneWhen he came to the shop in person I explained what I found, He got very upset and accused me of being a crook ranting and raving.I could not take any more of this behaviorI took bill out of my pocket handed it to him for a refund for the work and told him to take his mower, get out and do not come back
