They are the most DISHONEST companyI purchased an item online " expensive perfume" , I never received a single email about itA week later, I called customer service, spoke with a manager " Beverly" who was NASTY, BAD customer relation, .never gave an answerStill, do not Know, If I will receive my order or when?I learned from her that because I used a gift card, I am treated as SECOND class citizen, as if gift card was not purchased with real moneyI will never receive an emailThere were two gifts that comes with that expensive order, they cancel them, I was never informed , They will not replace them They are the most DISHONEST, rigid & degradingI will never buy from them again
