Mr*** was contacted on May 29, upon learning of his dissatisfaction and inquired on how the hot tub was running We explained that we always strive to have a satisfied customer and offered to come out and take a look at the tub at no charge We did not hear back until July 10, when Mr*** sent an email indicating he had an electrician come out and everything tested fine He also said he was contacting Revdex.com He did not ask for us to return at that time
