only Child number two has had appointments and has showed up for only appointmentsChild number three has had appointments and has showed up for only appointmentsOur office policy which was signed by the *** family indicates if no notice was given within hours, even if you called the day of the appointment that is considered a no show, Our dental office has an overhead of over 70% like most dental offices, even though we provide dental care, we are still a small business and have to meet our overhead and run efficientlyFinally, after numerous no show appointments we charged the *** $to just make them more responsible and aware of the pattern of not showing up for appointmentsThe $that was charged, which we did waive and adjusted their account, does not even put a dent in the loss revenue that has been inflicted upon our practiceIf our other patients have the same pattern of the *** family, we would have to close our doors in a short period of time being in practice.
