We did receive 2 messages, one on 8/10/17 and 8/15/17 and I do apologize if the technician did not respond. We do not believe there was any chemical burn to the lawn, the lawn would be in non-repairable condition. Nor do we believe the flowers...

in the neighbors lawn were harmed. I do have a few pictures and the condition of the lawn is quite nice and the flowers of the neighbors are bright and blooming. However, due to the lack of communication from our technician and to keep faith with our customers, we will refund the [redacted] and the account has been cancelled. I hope this will resolve any more issues.

I do appreciate Lawn Medic taking responsibility for these issues and resolving my concerns. It would be better in the future that I be allowed to do this directly with their offices and/or a customer service representative instead of having to go to these means to get a thoughtful and timely response.
