office by asking for a six month lease.  The leasing office prepared the 6 month lease for her.  [redacted] came into the leasing office in March, paid a month to month rate of rent.  That following Monday, [redacted] a leasing Consultant was reviewing the rent collected over the weekend and noticed [redacted] rent amount.  Kathy called [redacted] and questioned her about her paperwork, she needed to sign, so [redacted] came into the office and signed her paperwork. So to recap, no policy has changed and as far as charges to [redacted], the apartment has already been rented and she would not owe another months rent.  Thank You,[redacted]
