I will just pay the $1200 because im not going to sit here and argue over he said she said or what was said in between. But im not paying to compensate electrical because he covered up half the walls and painted before it was even done. The only way to deal with these type of people is to settle so ill pay the $1200 just need to know if I pay him or pay yall and yall give it to him.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have submitted a letter written by a flooring contractor explaining the damage assessed in detail along with the cost to repair it properly. I have also submitted photos showing the damage and missed areas. We would like to resolve this matter through this medium with the requested refund of $4500 which was paid to the Pearson’s. However, we are ready to move forward in preparing to file suit in small claims court.

I sincerely hope this complaint gets posted to the Revdex.com website so others can see the poor craftsmanship and poor character of this company. I hope the Revdex.com takes this case seriously when considering this companies ratings.

I still feel that we did what we were to do and nothing was wrong with the floors. My lawyer said we will see you in court if thats what you feel is necessary.
