I am rejecting this response because: When I purchased my glasses they did not take the time to fit the frame to my face and when I went to pick-them up they could not do anything to adjust them because they were flexible frames. They offered to replace the frames and showed me only different frames, not 1000, and I was not able to find anything anymore. They can charge for the lens but I do not want their frames. I will get my frames somewhere else. I work for DFW airport and will make sure everyone hears about their terrible customer and avoid buying anything from them. Mail the glasses to my house and refund the rest to the insurance.
