I answered this complaint on 9/16/Perhaps it did not go through to your systemI was traveling on a charity optical mission in *** and Internet is spotty there
We conducted a 3-way call with the customer and his insurance *** Most
insurances do not allow the customer to use their benefits for glasses AND contacts...everThe *** rep was even confused that the customer thought he could use it for otherBut after further investigation by *** we all learned his plan was unusual and does allow him to use it for bothWe offered to have him use his benefits as scheduled, but he never returned for his glassesHe has not returned our calls sinceIt is difficult to help him in this situation
