TO whom it may concern.This is the business owner of pearl street laundry in Cambridge Ma. I have received the letter of the complaint about the missing pants of this customer. please see below my reply.First all as a business owner , we value all the customer. this guest
mentioned about missing pants which is not true because we have the wash and fold process for all the customerwe had individual washed and fold with their name tag on it it is impossible to missing items , especially a pants which is a big item.you can do more investigation on all other customers of ours, we had never loss anyone's items by using our service.we do understand human make mistakes, but not this complaints, we did not mis-place or lost this customer's item. you can read this customer's review in google which I had replied as well.ThanksBusiness owner in pearl street laundry
