Review: On 02/**/13 I put a deposit of $400 to have my Daughters First communion on 05/**/13. I called on 04/**/13 and spoke with [redacted] to cancel the party due to my husband having a major surgery. He told me the deposit was non refundable unless they have someone else book on that day. On the day of booking he never explained nor do I see it on my contract that I received explaining that the deposit is non-refundable. I have contacted him to see if the room was booked and no call back, I also sent an email requesting where in my contract does it state that the deposit is non refundable no reply, and I have yet to hear anything.Desired Settlement: I would like my $400 Deposit Back.
