Review: I was given a Pearl Paint gift card. It was purchased on November [redacted], 2013. It is for the amount of $100.00

I contacted Pearl Paint about a month ago (their phone line was still working) and asked why their website is not working- I wanted to order some art supplies online and use the gift card. I was told that they have some temporary problems with a website and that I should try again in a week or so. I am trying to finally redeem my gift card today (July [redacted], 2014) and ...not only the website is not working, but the phone line is not working as well!

The number on the card (under the magnetic strip) is [redacted].

The transaction number is [redacted], date: 11/*/2013.
