I handle liability billing in the state of Florida, and this company does not answer their phones They leave you on hold for over minutes, then the call will disconnect, and you have to start over They deny almost all of the medical claims stating patient did not cooperate with the investigation, even when there are attorneys at fault causing PIP suits to be filed in an attempt to delay payment The PIP adjusters do not return phone calls, ever, and they do not respond to submitted medical bills causing timely filing limit issues with health insurance I work with every car insurance company in Florida, and Ocean harbor is by far the worse one to deal with I would not recommend this insurance carrier to any body They don't pay your medical bills and they have absolutely no customer service skills
