Very poor customer service ,got took for 59.90 out of my checking account and still not received my e juice refill. Well it's been 6 weeks now. Every time I call the lady answering cannot understand English well. Keeps telling me she was putting in a request for someone to contact me via e mail ,that has been the same story 3 times. Then when I told her if I didn't hear from someone soon I would be filing a complaint with dept. Of consumer affairs,her reply was why would you wanna do that ? Oh and also they do have my phone # also.
