Theresa gave ** from Revdex.com permission to take her response over the phone.Theresa is going to refund the consumer for all three orders.
My issue is I still don't have my beautiful pearls. There were several transactions made where I bought pearls and never received them. The company decided to issue a refund WITHOUT my permission and stole the pearls that were opened for me on live video. As one of the pictures states, I asked for a refund only on a pearl chic necklace. Also, looking back at the information I Previously gave the company states they are legally bound to give us thee exact pearls that were opened. My pearls were worth more than the refund I received. If we want to bring the issue to a close I ask that pearl chic sends me 75 unopened oysters free of charge, and a pearl chic ring of my choosing.
Per our website, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. We are not responsible for what happens to the jewelry after the customer receives it. Our company policy is we will replace a piece of jelwlery if it arrives damaged or becomes damaged within the first week of receiving it. We are...
not responsible for anything that happens from wear and tear on a piece of jewelry that has been worn for 3 weeks.
This business response was received by Revdex.com via phone. The owner said she will take into consideration the jewelry appraisals the consumer said he has received for his pearls ... if the appraisals are in written form from jeweler/s. The owner also stated she will refund the consumer for the returned...
pearls, if the appraisals can be provided.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attached screenshots of all the conversations I had with the consultant regarding my order. At no time was it communicated to me that I had one week to make decisions nor were the questions I asked to assist in making my decision answered. Further, it was never communicated that my jewelry would not be sent due to not having chosen the pearls to be set in each piece. I thank PearlChic for the first reimbursement, but I still want the entire amount refunded due to errors on the consultants part.
Regards,
Emily W[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The only proof that I have is on the face book live video that is saved on my timeline it was a verbal agreement. Because I won a free pendant of my choice I chose that the Sterling silver pendant. There is no paper receipt for these unfortunately just only live videos. Pearl Chic did have a sale on the bracelet that u can put the charms on for $24 dollars. The pearls I was told that they were salt water pearls. Turns out they are fresh water pearls. I would never had bought them had I known they were only fresh water pearls. The photos are the rings that Cole sent me with the pearls on it. A day of wearing them the pearls came off. If I knew that I had to glue them myself I would had did that but there are not any instructions or receipts for anything when they send it to anyone not even a tracking number. It’s all verbal. I have this screenshot of our conversation of Cole also known as Haley saying that she would give me the sterling silver ribbon pendant. Thank you

Our website does not state that and nothing was "taken" from this person. She ordered oysters to be opened, and asked for a refund because she wanted our consultant to swap out her pearls with another customer, which is against company policy. We told her we will only send her the pearls that were...
opened for her. After endless emails from this customer, we made the decision to refuse her business and refunded all of her money. The products she ordered were never sent out and her money was fully refunded. We've respectfully asked her to stop contacting our consultants and our corporate office, as we have refunded everything in full. She then sent a final email stating she was happy the money was refunded. To avoid any future issues, we are standing by our decision that we are not interested in doing business with this customer.

As previously stated, USPS tracking says the item was delivered. However, it was not delivered to my mailbox! I am without the item I payed $45.99, and I am out the money and item I paid. Because the tracking says it was delivered, Pearl Chic is refusing to refund. I have opened a claim with USPS and they are unable to locate my package. They have referred me to the sender for a refund because the package was shipped first class UNINSURED. Pearl Chic should be offering insurance if they are going to be shipping items valued at such high amounts to guarantee the items are received by their CUSTOMERS. This is a unique situation, but not THAT unique. This is unethical business practice. As such no one is accepting responsibility for my loss.

I asked the rep multiple times for a picture of my pearl because the camera quality of the live wasn't very clear. Being a paying customer I also should not have been ignored.

There is a receipt and order confirmation sent to the email the customer enters into our website when making a purchase. All purchased items go through our website. No sales or payments are taken verbally. All of our pearls are Saltwater Pearls. We are a little unclear where this customer is getting this information, but these are genuine saltwater pearls. If the customer can provide proof of payment and purchase, we will provide them with the items paid for.
