Review: I purchased a groupon deal for pearl carwash for the amount of $24. the deal was a gold wash and dash, wheel and tire detail (regularly $54.99). I went to the location at 600 Pearl St on 08/22/2015 to redeem the voucher and receive the service. the quality of the service was exceptionally bad. my rear window was left very dirty. water spots were everywhere on the outside mirrors. the dash was not cleaned at all. I called pearl carwash and complained about the poor quality of work. the receptionist admitted that I came later in the day and they were rushed to finish it up quick therefore they could not give it a proper attention. I mentioned that the location is about 10 miles away from my residence and I cannoit come back to get it redone.Desired Settlement: i`m asking this business for a full refund of $24 plus $5 the gas expense incured to me to commute back and forth to the business location. the total of $29 to be sent via check to my residence address

Hello,In response to the above referenced ID number, we are sorry to hear the customer had an unsatisfactory experience at the car wash. In an effort to remedy this, we are more than willing to re-do the gold wash with wheel and tire detail to the customers satisfaction.
Went there to get my car wash, first booth had no pressure. So I decided to try another booth, so I tried another at the other side of the car wash. This booth was leaking soap/degreaser from the hose connection on the ceiling.
There's no one on site, and the office door says to text a number of any trouble. I contacted the onwer, and he said "what's your problem" , and that he would need my telephone number , when I had just texted him.
Then as I was driving he then texts me , "do you not know your number"... Think each booth should be inspected before opening each morning. To prevent people from getting their money taken for a booth that does not work properly.
