Review: My product failed and stopped working back in September 2013 when the release of the apple ios 7 update. took this company tell November to start returning my phone calls and emails.Desired Settlement: ill give this company 2 options. 1. send my app version that works with my phone. current app update doesn't work or2. send me a refund

In response to the complaint filed by an individual with the Revdex.com.

PEAR Sports wishes to confirm our customer support team has responded

to the individual’s emails and phone calls. Apple, Inc issued an update of

the operating system iOS 7. This update was completed by Apple and not

PEAR Sports. At such time PEAR Sports released an updated application

that is compatible with the new update from Apple. It was at this time

that the individual experienced issues with the program. Our team worked

with the individual over the phone and email. We followed protocol and

manufacture warranty. When the individual’s monitor would not pair we sent

the individual a replacement piece of merchandise in a timely manner. The

individual stated that the replacement merchandise also would not properly

pair with the application. The individual’s original purchase was made

through a third party and PEAR Sports is normally not able to make refunds

through third parties. Pear believes that the proper procedure would have

been for the individual to request a refund through the third party; however,

to resolve the matter, Pear has sent a refund check to the individual along

with this response.
