Review: Peapack Gladstone Bank changed my free personal checking account. The bank discontinued my account type and charged me $10/month because I didn't have a $5000 balance. They used up my money, overdrafted my account & charged me $5/day until I just fixed it & then told me it was my own fault. I couldn't even close my account without paying them. I had tried to sign up for electronic statements, but I still can't access my account through the bank's mobile website even though I just sat in the branch and had the manager tell me it was fixed for the third or fourth time.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund the money they overdrafted my account for and the maintenance fees that caused them. I would also like them to actually make my account accessible online.
