***,In response to your concerns posted to the Revdex.com, please see my responses belowThe house has been on Zillow for months because my current tenants initially intended to move out April 1st, which was the initial available dateAfter a few weeks of marketing the house, the tenants decided to stay until 5/31/18, so I delayed the availability to 6/1/We discussed the application process, and you disclosed your and your girlfriend's credit issuesDuring that conversation, you suggested adding a co-signer in order to improve the likelihood of being approvedI explained that the application usually takes a few days to process.? When I ran the credit reports, I was concerned with the high debt relative to income and low credit score, despite being warned that it was an issueWhen I reviewed the credit score for the co-signer, it was not as high as I was led to believeDespite those concerns, my wife and I were discussing making an exception due to your history and interest in the neighborhoodThen, you started making accusations of fraud, that my company was not legitimate, that I was stealing from people, and that I was going to be brought in front of the attorney generalAt that point, I stopped responding to your messages.? In summary, I understand that the outcome of your application is not what you were hoping forHowever, that is not a result of fraud or any other type of illegal activityI have every intent to rent the home in the coming weeks, but am thorough in my screening process in order to limit my risk.?
