Review: I purchased an electric lift chair from Peaks and Plains in October of 2013. On 8-15-14, I called stating the chair was not working properly - it was making a clunking noise and "dropped" when seat was lowering. I have metal dust on my carpet and a thick, white, plastic washer was found on the floor. I have made 5 calls to the company requesting a repairman. I have had no calls from the repairman or the company advising me of their plans to address this problem. This is not the first time I have had difficulty receiving repair help or return calls from this business. I am truly frustrated with their service. Please help me receive the needed repairs.
