Review: I am 61 year old male who planned to Travel to Pakistan with my wife for my father's death anniversary however due to a sudden health condition I went to the doctor and they did a few test based on which the advice me I can not Fly due to my breathing problem. so 3 weeks before my expected date to travel I go to them with my medical report and my doctors letter that I can not travel. I would have to cancel my ticket and they told me I cant do that I would have to pay around 700 dollars fine. This is not fair for me to pay such a big amount even after the fact that I informed that 3 weeks before. for the past 20 years I have always used there company for tickets this is the first time I came across a health condition and this is how they are treating us.Desired Settlement: I would like my tickets to be canceled with out any plenty to me because the reason im unable to travel is due to my health conditions. I don't believe I should be hold counterable for my health condition this is not fair for me.
