Mrand Mrs***, I appreciate the feedback you have provided so I can further coach the finance department as it relates to sharing personal information and improper "story" tellingAs we have had multiple discussions surrounding the extend warranty and the fee associated with the
cancelation, I am not sure I can add any more value to the discussionBoth of the contracts that you purchased clearly state on the contract that they are non-cancellableAs I informed you in December every dealership/state has different types of service agreementsThis particular contract you purchased on both occasions were non-cancellable You contacted me to cancel the warranty, I went over the fees and you agreed to pay the fee to cancel the contractIf I can be of any further help please do no hesitate to call

I am rejecting this response because: I made no threats I did get loud after they told me they wont fix the transmission and that it is not there responsibility any longer and that they wont honer the warranty that they sold me or the warranty on the transmission they just installed in to the carthe transmission made noise as I was leaving there lot I will admit I was loud but never did I make any threats to them or there staffif there unwilling to fix the transmission they put in then give me the warranty info on it and ill take it some where reputibal and they can fix your mistakebut I will pay for the work I have allrdy payed you for

Peak Kia North choose to charge us an arbitrary fee of $to cancelBecause of misrepresentation of the warranty at the time of purchase, of 100,mi/6yr, when we thought it was 100,mi/10yrs as discussed, and at no time during the original purchase did Josh W*** say the warranty was non-cancelableWe no longer have any trust in Peak Kia North. I am rejecting this response because: I have alrdy payed them to do the work I never made any threts to them I got loud after you returned my car to me with a bad transmition after  you told me that you would put a good one in it the fact that you put a tranie in the car that was bad and then tryed to say its my fault it broak is not good you are the ones who bought and installed it you need to be the ones to fix it as you were payed for and you accepted

[redacted]yes  but I have already payed them to do the work and they knowingly put a bad transition in my car and then told me I should learn to drive. then they stated that just because it broke its not there fault its mine even tho the transition is one they chose and installed. also pleas note that I was told the transition  was to have a guarantee or warranty and after they did the work now they tell me it does not

Mr. [redacted], please make an appointment with the service department and they will install the seat bottom. I do want to make sure however that this will not fix any issues in the lumbar as there is nothing in the seat bottom other that padding and stitching.

Dear [redacted]: When I called Peak Kia this morning to make an appointment as agreed upon via the Revdex.com I wanted to confirm they (Peak Kia) were paying for the insulation of the seat, as I paid for a whole seat not just the back of the seat which is what they insulted.  They were to get back to me and have not.  So until Peak Kia affirms they are paying please keep this open.  Thank you, [redacted]  ps the electronic harness is a separate issue.
