Review: I moved out of the Coeur d'Alene area on March 9, 2013. Prior to moving out of the area, I contacted [redacted] at Peak to cancel my membership. [redacted] was out on maternity leave, so I spoke with another sales rep. The rep assured me that my membership was cancelled after I provided written notice to the health club that I was moving 2,000 miles away. The rep also assured me that cancellation would not be a problem, since I was coming to the end of my 1 year membership term anyways. On April 5, 2013 my bank account was drafted $61.48 for April dues. I have called the club three times to try to resolve this and my calls are not being returned.Desired Settlement: I would like my contract cancelled and to be refunded $61.48.

Dear Revdex.com,

As soon as we received a telephone call from Rebecca, saying that we did not get the billing stopped in time we informed her over the phone that we would remedy and send out a refund check. She called us and we returned the phone call in the same day. That same day we put a check in the mail to go out the very next day.

We have resolved this matter in one day and Rebecca has jumped the gun in sending this to you. I would like a letter sent back to us that this matter is taken care of.

Her desired settlement has taken place even before we received your letter.
