This company engages in poor business practices by presenting customers with an invoice for payment above the written and agreed upon bid upon CONCLUSION of the projectIf they felt the estimated square footage was incorrect, they should have measures or discussed this with the customer on the FIRST day of the project and not sneak it in at the endI also paid for half of a service charge in the initial payment then they tried to charge the full amount again until it was brought to their attentionMost homeowners have a budget in mind with any project and to receive a bill for an amount FAR above the expected amount at the end is unethical and just poor business practiceIt is clear they cannot complete simple math or paintWorst customer service I have ever had experienced

On Monday Morning 8/15/16 @ 1:19am, Mrs. [redacted], filed a claim with the Revdex.com, and then at 6am on the 8/15/16 an $800.00 payment was paid.  On Monday at 9am, I contact Mr. Davis M[redacted] office to inform them of the payment, at which I was informed that it would be up to us to proceed with further action.  Due to the allegations that were printed on the Revdex.com, as well as the fact that according to the Maricopa County Accessors office, that Mrs. [redacted] was no the home owner and that her Father In law Harvey was, in fact the home owner, along with 2 other parties.  At this point we made a decision as a business to, not proceed with the collection process.  The money was remitted, unilaterally, by the customer, we made the choice to except it under a nuisance value, and to close the invoice, and to be done with the entire situation.  Case closed, we are prepared to give Revdex.com the pictures, Estimates, and Case file, at which point the Revdex.com finds, that more information is required.  We will be contacting the Lawyer on this case file and we will have a letter issued to the Customer.   We have not heard from this customer since payment was made, because the issue was resolved.
