I purchased a phone at this company and was told to take it to [redacted] to have my contact and other information transferred when I got to a [redacted] store I was told the phone was no longer in stock and they couldn't transfer anything. They asked me where I bought the phone and I need to take it back there. I went back to point of sale and asked for a refund. Sales person refused and told me no refunds or exchanges and all sales are final. I asked him for my original receipt and he never gave it to me. He only had my debit card receipt. I carefully read my receipt and nowhere did it read no refunds or exchanges and all sales are final. When I started questioning the fact he abusively asked me to leave his store I asked to speak to a general manager he said thats no problem however when I asked for the # he hesitated and then he is the general manager. So I left the store and located a police officer she at that time followed me back to the business and noticed there were no business license or state policy. Officer asked for copy of receipt and he couldn't provide anything. I got a claim# from officer and she told me to file a complaint. Desired SettlementRefund of my money $204.00 and I will return the merchandise.
