My manager is charging outrageous amounts on everything from 45 and up water bills, to late fees totaling more than the original lot fee. I have all receipts but he cutting peoples water off if u don't pay whatever he wants to charge. He doesn't open the books to show how or why. I HAVE 500 in late fees even though I have every money order receipt showing otherwise.
