The company has responded to the complaint # [redacted] , the resolution provided was to replace a preexisting circulator which they said caused the problemSince they the stove was purchased on their recommendations after coming to the house I feel they should have made sure everything was in working order at the time of instillation and on return when it was made known it was not working properlyThey made adjustments but did not suggest the circulator was not functioning properlyDue to the weather becoming warmer and not needing to use the stove at this I am uncertain when the cold weather arrives if this is the solution to the problemOn the day of the replacement a small fire was started, the stove seemed to work but since the weather was hot I am uncertain if this will provide answer when the stove needs to be used dailyThey provided a bill for $which I feel should be deferred or shared by both partiesSince they did respond but I am uncertain of outcome I would like to be assured that they will respond if the stove does not function properly when it is time to use it Thank you [redacted]
