Peach State Dryer Vents & Air Ducts

David was fast to respond when I reached out and he was able to work around my schedule. He came out to look at what I wanted done and give me a price. We went over the options and decided to do something different than I originally thought needed to be done. I expected him to give me a price and come back to do the work a different day, but he had time and was able to do it right then - even though it was after 5:00. He was polite and very respectful. I've already scheduled more work with them.

I recently had David and his crew do some repairs to my roof, dryer vent, and chimney.
From the moment David came to my house to give his initial inspection, I knew I could count on him to be up front and honest with me. He checked out the areas in question; and took photos to show me what was needed and why. After hiring him for the work to be done on my home, David kept me in the loop to be sure I knew when he could be available; and came by my house to let me pick out the bricks that would be needed to replace the damaged chimney.
On the day of the work, David was available to let me know exactly what was being done, gave me updates throughout the work, and answered any and all questions I had along the way. My leek is fixed, dryer vent is finally done in a professional manner, and my chimney is the prettiest on the block.

From the prompt answer when I called, to the follow up to provide me an ETA to the detailed explanations, David was the consummate professional.
He reviewed with me the options, as well as their pros and cons. He was able to clean the vent and removed the blockage as well as installed a new outside cover to prevent any re-occurrences. At a very reasonable cost.
I will definitively use him when it is time to clean the chimney
