We recently closed on the sale of our home and were told that the figures in our closing documents included all fees - including realtor feesWhen the proceeds were deposited there was a discrepancy in what was disclosed and what was depositedThis discrepancy amounted to the realtor feesWe were told that the paperwork we signed wasn't a contract or legally bindingThe woman we spoke to, Tammy M***, told us there was nothing they could do to compensate us for their $8k errorShe said she was sorry and that is all we gotNeedless to say we aren't happy about this error and feel some monetary compensation should be provided
