I am rejecting this response because: I paid for a service that was never received, and additional fees because a refund was issued and cancelled. Shannon and I mutually agree the business days in order to request a refund do not apply in this situation because I was told from the beginning there was a waiting list. I never would or could have predicted the wait would be nearing a year without service. I purchased directly through Shannon, and it was never discussed the check having to be processed within business daysYes, the business has changed however the old website along with policies no longer exist. Also, I never signed agreeing to the policy

On my website it states that you are to request a refund up to 5 business days of purchase and 5 business days after to deposit the check. Miss [redacted] bought her sessions in April of 2017 and requested a refund in November of 2017. I was more than willing to work with her and I sent a refund check,...

I watched to see if got deposited. Never did. Then I received the confirmation AFTER the 5 business days that it was deposited, and I put a stop payment on the 6th day. These sessions last entire year like I explained to Miss [redacted] over the phone. Just because my business name changed didn't mean that my policies change, they have always will remain the same.
