Review: In the Winter of 2014 (3-7-14) I paid $450.50 to be enrolled as a CSA shareholder for the 2014 growing season at Peace Natural Farm. By enrolling as a shareholder, I was set to receive 15 weeks of produce delivered to my home during the spring and summer of 2014. On June 14, 2014, I received an email from [redacted], farm owner, explaining that early summer storms had destroyed all crops and there would be no deliveries. He also explained that he would be refunding our membership fees in a timely manner, stating "our goal is to refund your payments. We are still considering what this may look like but please be assured that we take your trust and investment seriously and are actively considering our options." On July 29, 2014, an initial payment of $150 was made. Since July, I have not received the remaining $300.50 owed to me, nor have I been able to reach [redacted]. I have contacted him via his work email on three (3) separate occasions, with no response, even though this was our main mode of communication in the past. As of today, I am still owed $300.50 by [redacted] and have not been able to reach him to find out when I might receive this money.Desired Settlement: I am still owed the remaining $300.50 of my CSA membership fee and want to be refunded that amount.
