To Whom it May Concern: In regard to complaint id# [redacted] lodged, [redacted] is not a customer of ours We have no record of anyone with that name, address, email or phone number on our website or in our accounting system Our customer service department has received no emails from the mail address provided on the complaint either We have reached out to her several times by email to explain this to her, but we have received no response We would be happy to refund her/provide a replacement if she could provide an order number or credit card used for the purchasing, proving that she did make a purchase, perhaps under another name If you were able to obtain either of these from her and can verify that she did indeed make a purchase, we would be more than happy to send her a new bag or provide a refund Presently, it is our position that she is mistaken and never made a purchase with our companyThank you [redacted] [redacted] * [redacted]

If I am not in their system then why do I consistently receive their emails? I am not going to provide my credit card information yet againsince they have already stated that they can not find me in their system.Either A) they do not want to admit any wrong doing since I have uncovered a flaw in their system or B) they are not going to admit that they lost my information and the defective product.
