I used PDS for five years; at the start they were very responsive and the relationship was very positiveFor the last year, we have struggled as they have moved the better personel off our account and assigned us a guard I found inadequatePDS would not replace the guard, even after the guard failed to show up one night, without giving us noticeFinally frustrated and believing that PDS would not assign us a new guard and believing they no longer wanted our business, I sent them a letter, per our agreement / contract, and gave them days notice of my intent to terminate the contractInstead of contacting me and trying to salvage the sitaution, they provided service for the next two weeks and then had an employee walk in one afternoon, return our keys and tell us they were thoughTotally unaccepatble and unprofessional reactionEveryone loses customers and they should have honored their end and finished out the daysI had planned to consult our attorney regarding legal recourse, but decide I was firing them anyway and moved on
