PDI Roof Coatings

In our search in 2010 for a waterproof walking deck over a plywood base, we had the good fortune to visit a friend in Mesa, Az. Their deck was sealed with PDI acrylic elastomeric coatings in the late 90s.

The appearance was like new, even in the harsh AZ. sun.

It prompted us to build a plywood wrap around deck from our business office to guest facilities in 2010, seal it with PDI coatings so as to have dry areas below, and to put a pine tongue and groove ' ceiling ' under it for our business guests comfort.

In 6 years of use and having applied the product ourselves, it is flawless, homeowner simple as a paint job,

We are currently building our retirement home, and have specified to our builder to use plywood with PDI coatings on all our wrap around walking decks

This home is being built in the Black Hills of SD.

PDI Roof Coatings are fantastic. As a 20-year resident of Scottsdale who owns a house with a flat roof, I have tried many roof coatings through the years. None come anywhere near the quality, durability, and ease of use of PDI's Elastomeric product. It withstands the punishing AZ sun, and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend it.
