I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

There was never any contact, just simply an invoice.  As per my last message, after 30 minutes of his guys arriving and looking arouND cluelessly and talking to them, I called Scot about their intended work and tools him to do nothing until this is resolved.  No resources or labor was actually spent on the project. A week later, street going back and forth, I didn't feel comfortable with Scot'so respect for the engineer's work and design intent.  I did not feel comfortable that he could do the job as demanded by the Department of Buildings Approved Plans. Quite frankly, I've never done business with someone as unprofessional.

Customer has nerve, awarded me the contract, sent me money to start work. Sent crew to job to start work, and mobilized materials. week later he tells me he made a mistake and  did not co ordinate with his engineer. He decides to go with engineer's contractor.  Even though he broke the...
