Review: My printer did not work and when calling a toll free number was directed to this WEB site - pctechhelp247.com who claimed they could troubleshoot Microsoft issues. In June 2013 I purchased a PC technical Service for one year at a cost of $199.99. I printed a service agreement and paid $199.99 charged to my credit card. It was signed and returned to them and they in turn did send me a receipt of this payment. At that time, they did fix my problem using a remote control access. I am now again in need of some PC Technical help and unable to contact this provider by email of phone number. There WEB site is still listed on the internet. I have just found out this is a SCAM!!!Desired Settlement: This $199.99 was charged on my credit card and would like a refund.
