Clicked on "Official Site" for McAfee and ended up getting routed to tech support from a company called PCQuerry LLC of PC Query LLC.....they took me through a series of steps up to and including signing a contract and paying them 299.00 to supposedly "fix" my computer. I didn't realize they were not associated with McAfee at all until after the whole process was done. I have called the true McAfee through my computer product and they have never heard of this business. They also asked me to reveal my McAfee password during the process to "easier" process their tech support. I am presently disputing the charge with my credit card company but I will probably never see the money again. BEWARE!
