Review: On July **, 2013 I was having trouble accessing my acct through paypal. Paypal informed me I was having trouble because my acct had been hacked by someone in North Korea and they referred me to PCMyantra to get the problem with my computer fixed immediately. I don't remember even contacting the computer company, and I think I was put through to PCMyantra directly. Anyway, I was obviously panicked that my computer was hacked and all my information was out there, so I had them "repair" my computer for a 2 year plan of $299.99, which included unlimited tech support. I used my credit card and it was "cashed" under AVS Information Systems out of [redacted]. Well, I called tech support on August *, 2013 and could not get hold of an operator or anyone to talk to. I stayed on the line for an "available operator" for over a half hour each time. I attempted again the next day, trying all day and staying on the line for over an hour this time and even tried the option of leaving my name and number for an operator to call me back; all to no avail. When attempting to check out the website, it is only a generalized site with no email address or pertinent information. I attempted to submit a question and the submit key does not work! I think I have been scammed! I am hoping to get this resolved and my money back. Thank you! [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, credit back to my credit card of 299.99
