Review: [redacted] the collector is trying to collect $50 for no show to the office. I told her that I called and cancelled ahead of time but she insists that nobody has noted any cancellation on my account. She says I have to pay that amount regardless. I even rescheduled the appointment and had those tests done at a later time.Desired Settlement: I want PCA office to removed that $50 no show from my account.

Although we have a signed agreement with this individual agreeing to the No Show policy and she confirmed her appointment via the automated phone confirmation system, we are going to waive this fee one time.
