Our original replacement cable to this customer was returned as undeliverable We have contacted this customer to get better address and have already sent out the replacement cable which should have arrived by now

Contacted customer, resolved issue to the customer's satisfaction. We are sending out the requested product, and the customer will be receiving it shortly.
