Review: I brought my laptop to PC Tech for them to check if it had any viruses. The laptop needed a new charger and battery. They ordered the battery and the charger, however the charger was not the one for the laptop. I was told that to fix it would be $154. I told them to go forth with the repairs. I get messages later saying that my laptop has been there for sometime and if it is not picked up it would be recycled. I went there today 9/17/13 to pick up my laptop to see nothing was done to it. I was then again told that I will not be able to take my laptop out unless I pay for the charger and battery or it would be recycled. Now I am stuck with a laptop that had no repairs done to it, no virus check, a charger that I have no use for. I paid $47.68 of which I do not have because I did not want my laptop recycled. I felt as I was forced into taking and paying for services not rendered. I brought my laptop there for them to fix and they did nothing but take my money and left me with nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. They can return their charger. I will bring my laptop someplace else to get it fixed.
